Will my high resolution photos be archived after 1 year like other gallery providers?
No! We don't make you or your clients wait hours to download photos after they have been online for over a year. All of your high resolution photos remain instantly available.
How many photos can fit into my storage plan?
This amount varies based on the size of your photos. On average, our Lite plan would hold over 20,000 images, our Pro plan would hold over 70,000 images, and our Unlimited plan is, well, unlimited!
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course – you can cancel at any time according to our Cancellation Policy. If you have any trouble or can’t access your account to cancel, email us at support@cloudspot.io.
Do I get my storage amount per month, or is it total storage?
Your storage amount is calculated as a total and does not reset each month. You can remove Collections and images to reduce your storage amount as needed if you find yourself approaching your limit.
Can my clients purchase prints and download images in their Mobile Apps?
Absolutely! Mobile Apps contain the same functionality as your regular client galleries. Clients can purchase, download, favorite, and share from their Mobile Apps just as they would within a gallery.
Will my clients see CloudSpot branding on their galleries?
We believe your brand should be the hero of every client's experience! Our paid plans do not show any CloudSpot-related branding in your galleries! (Our Free plan does have a small “powered by CloudSpot” tagline when delivering galleries.)
